海运业转型已启动 中远中海腾挪资产应对海运低迷 新浪财经App:直播上线 博主一对一指导 你说了算 上炒股大赛分掉6000万   中远、中海腾挪资产 应对海运低迷   陈姗姗 魏亚琴   租赁业务的增长也在中海集运的中报中有所体现。半年报显示,航运相关租赁收入为人民币41.5亿元,较去年同期增加119%,非航运相关融资租赁收入3.5亿元,较去年同期增长419%。   记者实习记者发自上海   航运业的持续不景气,已经令韩国最大的航运企业面临破产的尴尬,而作为国内最大的航运企业,正在通过重组整合自救度危机。   9月8日,中海集装箱运输股份有限公司(下称“中海集运”,601866.SH)正式更名为中远海运发展股份有限公司,中远海运集团董事总经理万敏告诉记者,中远海运发展的揭牌,意味着公司金融产业集群正式组建完成,将作为集团金融产业的上市发展平台,围绕航运产业链发展金融产业,打造世界一流航运金融企业。   在中远集团和中海集运重组为中远海运集团之前,中海集运是中海集团旗下从事集装箱航运运输的子公司,此次更名也是两家集团重组后进一步整合的结果,标志着中海集运的业务转型。   转型已启动   2016年2月1日,中海集运股东大会审议批准公司实施重大资产重组,通过重组交易,公司由原来的集装箱班轮运营商转型成为以船舶租赁、集装箱租赁和非航租赁等租赁业务为核心,以航运金融为特色的综合性金融服务平台。   根据中海集运的半年报,公司正在就出售中海集装箱运输代理(深圳)有限公司100%股权及深圳中海五洲物流有限公司100%股权办理付款交割手续;此外,资产重组所涉购买渤海银行股份有限公司13.67%股份交易及对中远财务有限责任公司增资交易尚需取得相关主管部门的批准。除上述交易外,资产重组涉及全部出售和购买交易均已完成资产交割。   交易完成后,中海集运的集装箱租赁业务规模将是世界第二大,而非航融资租赁将致力于发展医疗、教育、能源、建设和工业装备等多个领域的融资租赁业务。   《第一财经日报》记者查阅中海集运半年报发现,今年上半年,公司实现营业收入86.7亿元,同比仍下滑,净利润下降200.86%,这主要是因为航运市场依旧不景气,公司仍在逐步剥离班轮运输业务。   如果重组交易完成,租赁业务将成为中海集运未来的主营业务,也就是向包括中国远洋在内的全球知名集装箱运输企业提供集装箱租赁服务。   “目前中海集运的原班轮业务依然存在较大亏损,但已经止住了效益下滑的势头,从3月份开始公司经营效益逐步回升,”中海集运董秘俞震告诉《第一财经日报》记者,“上半年,公司加大了非航租赁投放力度,中海集运全资子公司中海租赁以航运、医疗、教育、能源四大板块为重心,在较短时间内实现了租赁资产投放规模的快速增长。”   租赁业务的增长也在中海集运的中报中有所体现。半年报显示,公司2016年上半年实现营业收入为86.7亿元,较去年同期下降52%,而航运相关租赁收入为41.5亿元,较去年同期增加119%,非航运相关融资租赁收入3.5亿元,较去年同期增长419%。   中远海运发展首席执行官王大雄则告诉记者,未来,公司将以航运金融为依托,发挥航运物流产业优势,整合产业链资源;打造以租赁、投资、保险、银行为核心的产业集群,打造供应链综合金融服务集团。   整合在推进   事实上,正在推进转型整合的不仅仅是中海集运,在中远和中海合并重组后,中国远洋(601919.SH)承接了两家集团的集装箱航运资产,今年上半年,原中远集团旗下的中远集运与原中海集团旗下的中海集运业务也进行了整合;今年6月,原中远集团和原中海集团的散货资源也整合成立“中远海运散货运输有限公司”。   根据中国远洋此前公布的重组方案,中国远洋下属中远集运租入并经营中海集运集装箱船舶和集装箱,收购中海集运经营网络,并出售干散货航运资产;中远太平洋收购中海港口,出售佛罗伦租箱业务,从而使中国远洋实现从综合性航运服务公司向专注于发展包括码头业务在内的集装箱航运服务链产业集群的转变。目前,其已经成为全球第四大集装箱班轮公司和全球第二大码头运营商。   根据记者了解到的最新信息,目前中远和中海集团的集装箱航运资产重组接近完成,其中国内网络的重组已经完成,国际网络的重组正在进行,包括运输船队和口岸服务机构的整合,一旦整合完成,也有利于进一步降低成本,比如航线网络这块,就将节省2亿美元左右的成本。   今年航运业的外部环境继续低迷,也令中国远洋整合的步伐进一步加快。由于波罗的海国际干散货运价指数(BDI)、中国出口集装箱运价指数(CCFI)均在今年创下历史新低,中国远洋上半年亏损72亿元。   “下半年行业内市场比上半年要好,主要是整体运力的增长会放缓,而油价仍会保持低位。”中国远洋财务总监邓黄君告诉记者,从中远集运来看,过去3年拆了40条船,今年下半年,中远会继续拆船工作。   值得注意的是,去年中国远洋的利润当中,很大一部分贡献来自拆船补贴。根据公司的年报,去年共取得控股股东转拨付的船舶报废补助资金等政府补助42.57亿元,同比增加25.14亿元。扣除非经常性损益后,其净利润为-46.16亿元,较上年同期增加亏损32.34亿元。   此外,加大全球海外码头的布局也是中国远洋关注的重点。   “去年10月份我们收购了土耳其伊斯坦布尔的集装箱码头65%的控股权,在这一沿线上的一些重要的战略要道,比如苏伊士运河,我们现在也已经有相关码头经营了几年。”中远太平洋总经理邱晋广告诉记者,“未来的投资重点将围绕像希腊这些已经投资的,或者新加坡这些占股权比较大的平台周边项目延伸,此外,西北欧一些重点港口也是我们关注的区域,非洲、拉美一些地区我们也在加大投资力度。” 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
